Does requesting an evaluation mean I will receive treatment?
No. Your first visit is an evaluation. Mandy recommends treatment only when it is clinically appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
The practice does not bill insurance. Medication and laboratory costs are separate; coverage for those outside charges is not represented on this website.
Can my evaluation be virtual?
Most evaluations can begin virtually for patients located in Wisconsin. If care may include testosterone, the first evaluation is in person. Follow-up visits may be virtual.
